Q5: How long will I have to wait for my new vehicle?
A5: 2 weeks from order if in stock or anything up to 12 weeks if ordering from factory. You will be advised of the approximate delivery time before you order.

Q6: When and who do I pay for my new vehicle?
A6: Buying outright you pay the manufacturer’s franchise dealer before delivery or if financing you pay your deposit to the finance company.

Q7: Once I've paid my deposit can I change my mind?
A7: Yes, however you may have to pay a cancellation fee. This amount varies depending on franchise dealership.

Q8: Do we have to pay McMullan Group a fee.
A8: On occasions we do charge a fee, however this will be explained to you by your McMullan Group contact.

Q9: Will I be able to choose my preferred vehicle options?
A9: Yes, you will have the chance before ordering your new vehicle to select your preferred options (colour etc).

Q10: What if I have a problem with my vehicle?
A10: Your new vehicle will have full UK manufacturers warranty. If you have a problem you can take it to your preferred franchise dealership. They will be more than happy to assist you with any warranty work needed.
